Untis 2012
Untis 2012 now supports Unicode. As a consequence all special characters which might appear in your teachers' (or students') names will be displayed correctly.
Multi-core processors
The optimisation of Untis 2012 has been partially re-written to support the latest generation of computers with multi-core processors. The optimisation thus now runs faster on machines with more than one processor.
Layout of the reports
The layout of all reports in Untis 2012 has been refreshed and modernised, including the substitution lists. The content has not been modified, but the appearance is now much clearer.
Manual Scheduling
Unscheduled lessons are now shown on a special desktop right next to the timetables. They can be arranged, sorted, stacked and finally dragged directly into the timetable.
Timetable diagnosis
The diagnosis-window has been modernised and improved. It is now structured in Input-data and Timetable topics. You can now suppress individual diagnosis-details, which you want to ignore and you can also open all the Untis-windows, which are relevant for each topic, with just one click.
Timetable-display
You can now add an individual text to each period of a lesson.
All corresponding periods of a lesson will now be highlighted, even though they might belong to different lesson numbers.
Entering dates using a calendar
All dates in the lessons and absence windows may now be entered using a graphical calendar.
Lesson planning/value calculation
The matrix can now show the teachers‘ values and their balance („actual – target“) as well.
And you can see the term-spanning mean value of all lesson-values in the master date of the teachers.
New module: Calendar
This module enables you to work with yearly periods. On contrary to the weekly periods, the yearly periods can be scheduled in different weeks at different positions in the timetable.
Cover planning
Enter absences using drag&drop from the element rollup window.
Change the room for several substitution lines in one step.
Daily texts for several days.
Manual scheduling in the timetable has been significantly enhanced:
- delete special duties via drag&drop into the details window
- displace obstructing lessons into the lesson pool
